Responsibilities:Administer Windows systems within diverse Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments. Install, configure, and manage Windows operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Exchange, Office, SharePoint, and SCCM. Implement and maintain Group Policy settings and other configuration tools. Enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard Windows systems and data. Monitor system performance and seek optimization opportunities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to Windows systems and applications. Conduct root cause analyses to identify and rectify underlying issues. Document technical configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaborate effectively with other teams. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements:5+ years of professional experience as a Windows System Administrator. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments, including experience with Windows 11 and Active Directory management and troubleshooting. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An active and transferable Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Compliance with Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).

Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in Active Directory design, configuration, and maintenance; Windows Server and desktop operating system support; and familiarity with hardware procurement. A hands-on approach to problem-solving, strong collaboration skills, experience in mentoring junior team members, excellent problem-solving abilities, a passion for security and data protection, and a clear commitment to addressing customer needs are essential.
