Role Overview

The Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer will become an expert in the Omni platform, helping customers unlock the full potential of their data throughout its lifecycle. This role involves working with a wide range of clients, learning about their industries and needs, and discovering new use cases through a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

Advocating for users and sharing field insights to shape product development are also key parts of this position.

What You Will Do

  • Work alongside the sales team to provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, identifying and confirming use cases that highlight the value of Omni.
  • Build and present Proofs of Concept within Omni during evaluations, showing prospective customers how to work with their data on the platform.
  • Support smooth transitions from trials to long-term customer relationships by collaborating with post-sales teams and partners for ongoing support.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to share user feedback and help guide product direction.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in data analytics or technical pre-sales roles.
  • Strong SQL skills, especially for analytics tasks.
  • Background in client-facing roles and a commitment to close collaboration with customers.
  • Excellent consultative communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Genuine interest in data and a drive to teach and assist others.
  • Motivated to learn and grow continuously.
  • Experience with business intelligence or enterprise data analytics tools is a strong plus.
