Key Responsibilities:Assess & Recommend: Analyze legacy . NET and SharePoint applications to identify modernization pathways using Power Platform. Design & Build: Craft comprehensive solutions utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating Dataverse and M365 with other data sources. Prototype Quickly: Develop proofs of concept to demonstrate Power Platform capabilities in addressing business challenges. Support & Scale: Aid business users and citizen developers in extending and maintaining applications for sustained success. Document & Train: Create comprehensive documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure Best Practices: Promote scalable architecture, user-friendly design, robust data governance, and security compliance in all solutions. Required Qualifications:Active Secret clearance or higher5+ years of experience in IT solution development, including at least 2 years hands-on with Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power Automate)Solid understanding of Power Fx, Dataverse schema design, and solution architectureExperience in reviewing legacy applications and identifying modernization strategiesProficient in integrating APIs, third-party systems, and enterprise data sourcesFamiliarity with M365 tools, Power BI, and basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.)
