Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Design and evolve shared platform patterns and standards for infrastructure, service operation, and delivery workflows utilized by product teams.
Create internal tooling and automation to facilitate the easy adoption and consistent application of these patterns.
Collaborate with application engineers to identify friction points and translate them into scalable platform solutions.
Design and maintain reusable CI/CD frameworks and workflows using modern automation and pipeline tools.
Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code abstractions using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, allowing teams to provision and manage resources securely and consistently.
Enhance containerized application platforms with technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/ECS, focusing on tooling, documentation, and operational patterns.
Integrate security, observability, and reliability best practices directly into platform systems and templates.
Participate in incident reviews and reliability discussions to identify systemic improvements at the platform level.
Continuously enhance developer experience by minimizing cognitive load, shortening feedback loops, and removing repetitive tasks.
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.
