Role overview
The Senior People Systems Analyst will join the Corporate IT team as a Workday specialist, with a primary focus on Compensation configuration. This role involves hands-on configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Compensation modules. Responsibilities include supporting annual compensation review cycles, compensation planning, equity grant administration, and compensation statement delivery. Collaboration with teams across Harvey is essential to ensure people systems scale effectively as the company grows globally.
This analyst safeguards compensation data integrity, develops scalable processes, and provides accurate, compliant, and user-friendly experiences for employees, managers, and stakeholders worldwide.
What you will do
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation plans, including base pay, bonus targets, one-time payments, equity grants, and compensation grade profiles for multiple countries.
- Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles from start to finish.
Requirements
- Extensive experience configuring Workday Compensation.
- Expertise in at least one other Workday area, such as reporting, security roles, integrations, or benefits.
- Comfort working in high-growth environments.
- Ability to balance tactical system work with strategic planning.
