Role overview
The Senior People Systems Analyst will join the Corporate IT team in New York, focusing on Workday with an emphasis on Compensation configuration. This position involves hands-on setup, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday Compensation modules. The analyst will play a central role in supporting annual compensation reviews, planning cycles, equity grant processes, and compensation statements.
Collaboration with teams across Harvey will be key to ensuring people systems support the company’s global growth. The analyst will help maintain accurate compensation data, design scalable processes, and deliver reliable, user-friendly systems for employees, managers, and stakeholders worldwide.
