About the job

The Senior People Programs Partner will join OneTrust’s Talent Management team in Atlanta, Georgia. This team designs and delivers programs that shape the employee experience for a global workforce. Areas of focus include bi-annual performance reviews, onboarding for new hires, learning and development, #LoveOneTrust initiatives, core values integration, and recognition through spotlight awards. These programs help foster a workplace where employees are supported and appreciated.

Role overview

This position centers on enhancing and developing talent management programs that encourage employee growth and engagement. The Senior People Programs Partner will use experience in talent management, adult learning, and internal consulting to assess existing programs, identify strengths and gaps, and recommend improvements. The goal is to deliver solutions that benefit employees, stakeholders, and clients while maintaining a strong focus on the employee experience.
