Your Opportunity.
As a Senior People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for our Product and R&D functions. This key position involves overseeing the entire people agenda and spearheading initiatives that align with Quantexa’s growth and success.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will design and execute innovative people strategies aimed at delivering impactful business outcomes. Collaborating closely with the wider Quantexa People team across EMEA, APAC, and North America, you will ensure a unified and high-impact approach to talent management, engagement, and organizational development.

Your Responsibilities.
- Lead and define the people strategy for the Product function as Senior People Business Partner, serving as the primary contact for people-related matters.
- Establish a benchmark for excellence by mentoring and developing fellow People Business Partners while promoting best-in-class business partnerships across the function.
- Independently manage complex employee relations cases, utilizing your extensive expertise to coach and guide leaders and People Business Partners on best practices.
- Work closely with Product and R&D teams, understanding their unique challenges and ensuring alignment between the functions to deliver people-focused solutions that foster innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
