YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Payloads Systems Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical and programmatic liaison between the Payloads engineering team and the Program Office. You will play a key role in ensuring the team remains aligned, on schedule, and delivers on customer and program requirements. You will manage requirements decomposition and flow-down, drive Interface Control Document (ICD) development, lead technical and programmatic trade studies, and advocate for the Payloads team's interests in broader engineering discussions. Your ability to navigate customer specifications while facilitating sprint planning sessions will be essential. You will gain the trust of both engineers and program managers, as this high-visibility position directly influences the execution and growth of the Payloads team.
