As the Senior Partnerships Manager at Phia, you will spearhead the development and expansion of strategic partnerships that facilitate growth across brands, creators, platforms, and key stakeholders. You will take charge of the partnership strategy and execution from inception to fruition, identifying lucrative opportunities, negotiating deals, and transforming relationships into tangible product and revenue growth. This is a dynamic leadership position suited for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, navigates ambiguity with ease, and possesses the ability to build initiatives from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership to position partnerships as a critical driver of growth as Phia continues to scale.
