Role overview
The Senior Partner Solution Engineer in Parloa’s London office strengthens the company’s partner ecosystem. This role centers on supporting partners as they present, sell, and implement Parloa’s conversational AI platform. Responsibilities span early discovery, technical guidance, solution design, validation, and ongoing support throughout the deal cycle. The aim is to help partners confidently deliver AI-driven customer experiences that drive pipeline growth and close deals.
What you will do
- Partner technical enablement: Coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and scoping so they can position and deliver Parloa solutions effectively.
- Technical sales support (partner-led): Lead technical discovery, solutioning, and validation for partner-led and co-sell opportunities during pre-sales.
- Solution design and architecture: Support partners in building scalable, enterprise-ready solutions that match customer needs and business goals.
- Partner advisory: Serve as a technical advisor, translating Parloa’s platform capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
