About This Position:
In the role of Senior Paid Media Manager on Later's Professional Services team, you will spearhead the comprehensive paid social strategy and execution for Later Influence clients. You will oversee expansive, multi-platform campaigns, collaborating closely with program and account leaders to drive measurable outcomes and enhance client growth.
This position is high-impact and hands-on, ideal for a seasoned paid social expert who thrives in dynamic environments, possesses strong analytical skills, and understands how to convert influencer-driven creativity into effective performance results. You will also play a vital role in establishing paid media best practices, experimenting with new channels and tactics, and enhancing the skills of our Services team as we expand.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Develop data-driven paid social strategies that align client objectives with clear media plans across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Services leadership to ensure that paid social recommendations are in sync with overarching program strategies and business goals.
- Forecast budget and performance metrics to aid in planning, resource allocation, and future investment strategies.
- Offer strategic advice on creative direction, audience targeting, messaging, and experimental approaches.
Technical/Execution
- Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns: planning, setup, quality assurance, trafficking, testing, optimization, and reporting.
