Join Version 1 as a Senior Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Functional Consultant and leverage your expertise to enhance supply chain solutions for our diverse clients. Based in Bengaluru, you will be an integral part of our Oracle Cloud Functional Support team within the ERP Practice. We are seeking a customer-centric and process-oriented professional with exceptional documentation skills who can effectively collaborate across time zones. Below are your key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver day-to-day application support across various Supply Chain modules for multiple clients, including those based in the US.
- Incident Management: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Planning, Warehouse Management) adhering to SLA timelines.
- Service Requests: Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and minor fixes based on client specifications.
- Client Communication: Provide timely updates on ticket status and maintain thorough documentation using ITSM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams for integration and customization requirements.
- Knowledge Base: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of functional support documentation and FAQs.
- Resolve support issues while enhancing the functionality of the Oracle Fusion Finance module.
- Gather and document requirements for business changes.
- Liaise with clients to ensure all change requests are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed to completion.
- Assist clients in transitioning to support after Cloud implementation projects and from competitors.
- Identify recurring issues and work with stakeholders to address root causes.
- Provide end-user training on application functionality.
- Support all aspects of Cloud Quarterly Releases, from impact assessment to testing and defect support.
- Ensure that issues with Oracle products are accurately logged, tracked, and escalated through the Service Request process.
