In this autonomous senior role, you will manage the entire Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Intune, M365, Teams, and our macOS devices. Your responsibilities will include building automations to streamline workloads, maintaining hardware in both clinic and manufacturing settings, and making swift, independent decisions.We are looking for someone who integrates AI into their daily operations as a fundamental tool, rather than just an interesting novelty. Familiarity with Power Automate, Copilot, Claude Code, and similar technologies is essential.What You'll Achieve in the First 6–12 MonthsAssume complete ownership of Azure, Intune, M365, and the broader Microsoft stack from day one.Develop and implement automations that significantly reduce manual tasks across the organization.Enhance and maintain our internal knowledge base to ensure critical operational knowledge is shared and not confined to a single individual.Make informed decisions regarding hardware lifecycles within our clinic and manufacturing environments.Contribute to our overall security posture by engaging with Microsoft Defender alerts and operational security workflows daily.Independently manage onboarding, administrative access, tooling, and hardware decisions without requiring frequent approvals.Participate in the on-call rotation once a week with additional compensation.What We're SeekingExtensive, hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Intune, M365, Teams, and Office.Proven proficiency with AI tools, showcasing real examples of how you've utilized them to enhance workflows, including Copilot and Claude Code.Solid practical experience with Power Automate or similar automation platforms.
