Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Gameplay Designer who upholds high standards, possesses a deep passion for authentic sports behavior, and has significant experience in systems design. Your Responsibilities Act as the 'Product Owner' for your designated gameplay area: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our target players and product objectives. Analyze the competitive landscape thoroughly. Work with the Gameplay Design Director to define the vision for your gameplay area. Team up with producers and technical colleagues to lead your team effectively. Drive the generation and prioritization of your team's backlog. Collaborate with the QA team to enhance the game experience and manage external testing as needed. Assess progress and game quality, working with Production to adjust plans for optimal execution. Design Development: Collaborate with your team to create designs that align with the established feature visions. Engage in our creative processes and produce necessary documentation.
