At Netcompany, we are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to help drive and enhance our network infrastructure within both data centers and enterprise/campus environments.
Key Responsibilities and Technologies
Netcompany Operations is a well-established operational organization responsible for everything from critical societal and business application management to infrastructure handling in two state-of-the-art data centers.
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will join our network team within the broader infrastructure department, delivering stable and secure solutions in our private cloud that supports mission-critical systems. You will engage in the daily operations and maintenance of Netcompany’s networks within our data centers, handling complex and business-critical tasks across all areas of the network domain—aligned with your professional ambition for growth.
You will enjoy technical ownership and direct influence over solutions for public and mission-critical clients. Additionally, you will work on security as well as automation and DevOps principles in networking, covering everything from core routing to security and WAN/edge.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Operation, troubleshooting, expansion, and design of networks in data centers and/or enterprise/campus.
- Security optimization through segmentation, PBR policies, access control, SIEM, and IPS.
- Operation of Fortigate firewalls, Cisco ASR routers, ACI switch core, and related technologies in data centers.
- Automation/DevOps and scripting with Python, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, templates, pipelines, and code reviews.
- Close collaboration with specialists in server, storage, and security—along with the opportunity to set technical direction.
About You

Moreover, we envision that you:
- Hold a diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree—or have a similar level of qualification in IT.
- Have a minimum of a couple of years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess basic knowledge of scripting and automation tools.
