Familiarity with DoD healthcare information systems is preferred. Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures is advantageous. Experience with RMF and STIG implementation.

About This Role

IntelliDyne is on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Network Engineer to oversee and enhance our client’s network infrastructure. As the primary point of contact for Pacific operations, you will troubleshoot network issues, spearhead design and implementation efforts, and ensure compliance with Department of Defense standards. You will also manage security and performance while collaborating with various agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues related to server, network, and storage infrastructure.
  • Build, configure, and implement both virtual and physical server infrastructure.
  • Own incidents and analyze problem trends to improve the overall reliability of the network, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain and support production environments.
  • Develop scripts and procedures to optimize daily operations.
  • Provide WAN/LAN/MAN support in multi-vendor environments, including connectivity and configuration management, as well as soft/firmware management.
  • Support VoIP services, focusing on network configuration, Quality of Service (QoS), and Class of Service (CoS) classifications.
  • Offer remote access support for load balancing infrastructure.
  • Create secure network solutions tailored to client needs.
