We are driven to innovate quickly and aim for ambitious goals — come join our journey!Position OverviewTempo is expanding its enterprise presence in Latin America and seeking a dynamic Partnerships Leader to spearhead this initiative. You will be responsible for developing and scaling our regional partner ecosystem by sourcing and finalizing strategic partnerships, facilitating partner onboarding and growth, and acting as the primary commercial and technical liaison between Tempo and our enterprise partners.This role requires a high degree of ownership for individuals who excel in navigating the uncertainties of early-stage market development and have a proven ability to convert relationships into revenue streams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Tempo's go-to-market strategy for Latin America, including market assessment, partner identification, and deal execution.Drive commercial negotiations and structure partnerships that enable mutual growth.Cultivate strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders within partner organizations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate partner needs into priority initiatives.Design and refine scalable enablement programs, documentation, and support frameworks.Identify integration and co-development opportunities that enhance the Tempo ecosystem.Represent Tempo at regional industry events and conferences.
