Aumovio is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales Consultant with robust functional and technical (development) expertise. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions for Customer Service and Sales. This position involves leveraging the Power Platform, Dataverse, and JavaScript while ensuring a solid understanding of non-functional aspects such as performance, security, and scalability. Familiarity with the Marketing module and system integrations is essential, and experience in API and backend development is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Sales Solutions
- Design, configure, and implement solutions including:
- Cases, Queues, SLAs, Entitlements, Knowledge Articles
- Customer Service Hub
- Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, and Forecasting
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and commands
- Provide end-to-end implementation support, enhancements, upgrades, and production assistance
- Design, configure, and implement solutions including:
- Functional & Technical Development
- Translate business needs into scalable D365 solutions
- Perform custom development using:
- JavaScript (form scripting, validations, ribbon customization)
- Plugins, Workflows, Business Rules
- Power Automate flows
- Design and manage Dataverse including:
- Tables, relationships, security roles, field-level security
- Address non-functional requirements such as performance, security, data integrity, and maintainability
- Power Platform
- Create and customize Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps
- Develop automation with Power Automate
- Manage solutions, environments, and deployment pipelines
- Adhere to Power Platform governance and best practices
- Cross-Module & Marketing Integration
- Proficient knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing:
- Customer journeys, segments, marketing forms, and email campaigns
- Facilitate data flow between Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure comprehensive CRM process alignment
- Proficient knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing:
- Integrations & APIs (Preferred)
- Implement integrations using:
- Dynamics 365 Web API / REST APIs
- Third-party system integrations
- Backend/API development experience with technologies such as:
