Role Overview: Senior Media Designer

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

Neostella’s brand is expanding across social media, advertising, and internal communications. Video storytelling is now central to this strategy. The Senior Media Designer will lead video production and raise the standard for all visual content.

This role shapes Neostella’s on-screen presence, inside and out. The Senior Media Designer creates engaging, brand-consistent videos that connect with audiences and support business goals. The position works closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.

What You Will Do

  • Direct the creative vision and production for all video and motion graphics content
  • Own the entire video production process: ideation, scripting, editing, and final delivery
  • Ensure each project aligns with Neostella’s brand and strategic objectives
  • Partner with marketing, product, sales, and leadership to support campaigns, product launches, events, and internal communications
  • Balance creative storytelling with efficiency and measurable impact
  • Define motion design standards for the company
  • Mentor team members and collaborate with Neostella’s creative agency
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content
