About the Team: The Stage Manufacturing team is dedicated to transforming design into reality, overseeing the construction of Terran R’s primary structures. This role is not about the repetitive task of turning the same bolt; it’s about creating the systems that build the rocket. Our engineers and technicians collaborate deeply, providing real-time feedback to enhance our building speed and quality. With a launch date looming, the team is tasked with delivering the Terran R: tackling challenges as they arise, optimizing for scalability, and continuously refining our processes. As the vehicle evolves, so too will our factory, presenting opportunities to leverage automation, machine learning, and other advanced technologies. What we create here matters.
