Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to create concepts, strategies, and construction documents for renovation projects. Provide expert mechanical leadership on multi-discipline projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Engage directly with clients, conducting analyses and cost-benefit comparisons to inform decision-making. Lead mechanical project teams to achieve goals and ensure quality output. Oversee project finances and schedules. Support client and business development efforts. Write proposals to foster new business opportunities. Maintain and nurture client relationships. Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional A/E services environment is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks efficiently. A North Carolina Professional Engineer’s License is preferred.
