Qualifications

Represent the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. Create foundational designs under the guidance of senior engineers and designers, while developing specifications, system narratives, and layouts for various projects and scales. Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Supervise the preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions. Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and project consultants. Oversee all correspondence between staff, clients, contractors, and owners. Manage construction administrative duties including field reports, responses to RFIs, and processing bulletins and addenda. Conduct periodic and comprehensive employee evaluations. Participate in and contribute to the business unit's Technical Leadership Committee. Support the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in technical training and mentoring staff.
