Essential Duties: Lead mechanical engineering teams in developing concepts, strategies, and engineering documentation for renovation projects. Provide mechanical leadership for large multi-discipline design projects, including HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and fire protection. Engage with clients through technical analysis of design options, cost-benefit assessments, and effective communication to aid decision-making. Direct the mechanical project team to achieve project objectives while maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee project financial performance and timelines. Foster client relationships and spearhead business development initiatives. Prepare proposals to initiate new business opportunities. Requirements: A minimum of 10 years' experience with a professional A/E services firm is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. New York Professional Engineer’s License is preferred.
