About the Team: 

The Tooling and Factory Automation team operates at the dynamic intersection of design, manufacturing, and automation, creating everything from extensive structural fixtures to intricate tools that directly facilitate the production of the Terran R. As a key design group within the manufacturing organization, we delve deeply into the needs of our internal partners, identifying core challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and delivering hardware that enhances our efficiency, scalability, and overall performance. We are also leading the charge in Relativity’s expanding factory automation initiatives, which are crucial for scaling Terran R production across current and future facilities. In this role, you will enjoy the freedom to make decisions, implement solutions, and see their real-world applications on the factory floor. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in shaping not just tools and automated processes, but the very foundation of how rockets and factories are built.
