Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help establish Nelo as a household name in Mexico. With our strong product-market fit and proven profitability, we are ready to double our growth this year. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting our brand narrative and ensuring that Nelo becomes synonymous with trust among Mexican consumers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategy and positioning to define Nelo's presence in the market.
- Design and execute influencer and creator campaigns to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
- Lead product marketing efforts, including launch communications, storytelling, and customer education initiatives.
- Establish and manage public relations strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product and growth teams to convey impactful stories about our offerings.

Qualifications
- Proven brand and storytelling expertise. You have a track record of building memorable and trustworthy brands.
- Experience with influencer and creator partnerships. You know how to successfully launch influencer programs, identify the right partners, structure agreements, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican market. You comprehend the factors that foster trust and engagement among Mexican consumers, and you are fluent in Spanish.
- Proficiency in AI tools. You leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and outcomes.
