We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Deliveroo Plus to join our Middle East team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the comprehensive marketing strategy for Deliveroo Plus across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar, focusing on subscriber acquisition and fostering long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Middle East Marketing team, you will take ownership of the Deliveroo Plus growth initiative, collaborating with both local and international teams to refine our subscription value proposition and achieve ambitious commercial objectives.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Subscriber Acquisition: Craft and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to attract new subscribers, with a focus on converting free-trial users into long-term paying customers.

  • Retention & Loyalty: Develop sophisticated lifecycle marketing tactics and personalized experiences to minimize churn and enhance customer engagement with the Plus program.

  • Data Analysis & ROI: Monitor key performance indicators and customer acquisition costs (CAC) closely to optimize channel efficiency and maximize marketing ROI.

  • CVP & Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Central teams to enhance subscription packages, trial offers, and the overall Customer Value Proposition (CVP).

  • Campaign Optimization: Lead the planning and testing of creative marketing assets and messages, employing a "test, learn, and scale" mindset to boost ROI.

  • Global Collaboration: Align local Middle East initiatives with global Plus strategies to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
