Key Responsibilities:Develop and curate compelling copy for digital ad campaigns, including headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action. Oversee the complete creative process, from brainstorming and scripting to execution and approvals. Write and enhance scripts for video content, ensuring they are engaging and conversion-focused. Lead the creative direction for video productions, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. Create detailed design briefs for banners, creatives, and other campaign assets that align with brand guidelines. Manage and grow the brand's social media presence, including content strategy and campaign execution. Develop scalable content templates for CRM communication channels. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data insights. Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including performance marketing, design, and product management. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:2–4 years of experience in content, brand marketing, or creative roles (preferably in startups or agencies). Exceptional copywriting skills with a deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling. Proven ability to create engaging content across various formats (ads, social media, video, CRM). Experience directing video content and collaborating with production teams. Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and content optimization strategies. Capable of turning ideas into impactful narratives that enhance user engagement and drive conversions. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and performance metrics is advantageous. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for producing impactful content.
