Our focus is on developing an inclusive, human-centered product, and we are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our remote team in our mission to enhance the human experience surrounding sexuality and relationships.

As a key member of our Data team, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, taking charge of comprehensive, high-volume analyses that drive our campaigns, experiments, and strategic growth decisions. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in their analytical craft—creating robust templates, rigorously testing assumptions, and presenting impactful data at critical moments to inform strategic clarity and confidence. You possess a strong commercial acumen, enabling you to link data insights to business outcomes that inspire actionable strategies.

In close partnership with our existing Analyst, you will manage analyses across CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, ASO, and Experimentation. Your ability to work asynchronously with teammates across various time zones will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and sustain Feeld's marketing attribution modeling to ensure a precise understanding of growth drivers, informing budget allocation and strategic decisions.
  • Conduct audience segment analyses, evaluate customer behavior, and assess funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention, providing insights that enhance targeting and optimization throughout the marketing lifecycle.
  • Keep a pulse on competitor activity and market trends, synthesizing relevant signals to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the delivery of post-analysis findings for CRM campaigns, performance advertisements, incrementality outputs, CPP/ASO analyses, and creative performance reporting, refining templates as strategies evolve.
  • Support the comprehensive experimentation lifecycle, from pre-analysis validation and experiment setup to quality assurance of results, maintaining statistical integrity throughout.
  • Establish and uphold a performance tracking schedule, contributing to cross-functional marketing reviews, proactively identifying outliers, and executing structured analyses that lay the groundwork for future strategies.
  • Ensure that analytical results are well documented, reproducible, and easily transferable, while continuously seeking opportunities to streamline and automate recurring tasks.
