Primary Role & Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for technical support to ensure the success of Echo's suppliers in delivering essential products and services. Provide input and collaborative support during the product development process, ensuring design outputs are well-defined, manufacturable, and compliant with medical device quality system requirements. Collaborate with suppliers and Echo's development team to ensure proper implementation of specifications for components, assemblies, and finished devices that align with design intent.

We are currently searching for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in the production of the Echo Active Implantable BCI device, which facilitates communication for patients with significant disabilities.

In this position, you will be tasked with developing and refining manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation from the development phase through validation, clinical studies, and ultimately, commercial release, working closely with both domestic and international suppliers.

This role requires hands-on interaction with suppliers and our engineering teams, ensuring the design intent is translated into a safe and effective device. You will be responsible for continuous improvement in processes and documentation, addressing any issues that may affect product quality, scheduling, and cost targets.
