A robust understanding of both hardware and software systems within a vehicle context. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts across departments. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex simulation data and providing actionable insights. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.

What You’ll Do

As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the vehicle attributes and sciences organization to ensure effective integration strategies for our vehicle systems, which include:

  • Managing the vehicle attributes and sciences team to facilitate seamless collaboration across components and subsystems.
  • Developing thorough validation and verification plans for all vehicle systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with digital twin leads to analyze simulation results, leveraging physics-based data to draw conclusions and make informed recommendations.
  • Overseeing on-road and track testing of prototype vehicles to validate simulations and assess real-world performance.
  • Leading the vehicle release and readiness process, confirming vehicles are prepared for proving grounds and public road testing.
