The Senior Manager of Technical Program Management at EQ Bank plays a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive planning and management of intricate technical solutions throughout our Digital Banking ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Director of Technical Program Management, this leader will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quantifiable value and outstanding customer experiences.
This position emphasizes execution in alignment with company policies and strict adherence to Enterprise Change Management Processes. The Senior Manager will prioritize customer needs and the effects on customer journeys, driving delivery excellence by identifying technical risks, creating mitigation strategies, managing dependencies, and fostering collaboration across engineering teams, product management, and both internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate will cultivate robust cross-functional relationships and exert influence without direct authority to achieve desired outcomes that align with business objectives, while simultaneously enhancing the reliability and usability of customer-facing products and services.
