What You’ll Do:Lead, manage, and grow a team of leaders and TAM professionals to drive customer success and enhance growth. Equip your team with essential soft skills and technical expertise to support our Datadog clientele. Collaborate in recruitment efforts to attract and onboard top talent in your region, mentoring new hires to ensure they develop the necessary skills. Work alongside other leaders and TAM teams globally to enhance the TPS program, standardizing offerings while tailoring them to meet regional requirements as needed. Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to clearly communicate Datadog's overall Technical Post Sales (TPS) value proposition, vision, and strategy to clients. Provide strategic guidance for TPS across the EMEA region, advocating for changes that will broaden our market reach and continuously enhance service quality. Establish strong relationships with Product Management, Sales Engineering, Support, and Enablement to ensure seamless integration between pre and post-sales processes. Conduct semi-annual performance reviews for team members, collaborating on and implementing individual development plans. Lead the Objective and Key Results (OKRs) for your region, ensuring alignment with the global vision and facilitating your team's quarterly execution.

In this pivotal role within our rapidly expanding Technical Post Sales (TPS) Team, you will lead and develop a team of first-line leaders and skilled TAM professionals. These technical experts deliver exceptional 'white glove' services to our largest clients, ensuring they effectively adopt and maximize the use of Datadog's extensive suite of products and features. As a TAM, you will be recognized as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between IT Operations and business value.

This hands-on management position encompasses overseeing customer-facing activities and engagements for key accounts across EMEA, while promoting our TPS offerings throughout the region.
