Okta is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to spearhead our Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting strategy across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global GTM Talent Acquisition, this pivotal role will lead and expand a high-performance recruiting team responsible for acquiring talent across all revenue-driving functions. You will manage talent acquisition for critical areas including Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Presales, and broader GTM support roles.
In collaboration with the APJ General Manager and regional leadership, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our regional growth strategy by attracting exceptional talent and establishing a scalable, impactful recruiting engine.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on talent acquisition leader to enhance our already robust foundation, elevate our hiring practices, and drive Okta’s next phase of growth in the APJ region.
