QualificationsDeep Technical Expertise: Over 10 years of experience in Supplier Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering, with a strong focus on composite airframe structures, bonded assemblies, and intricate metallic components. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Shop Floor Credibility: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges on-site at suppliers, especially in areas such as layup, infusion, autoclave/oven cure cycles, and precision structural assembly. Systems Thinking: Extensive knowledge of AS9100, AS9145 (APQP/PPAP), and structured problem-solving methodologies (8Ds, 5-Whys, Fishbone) within the aerospace regulatory framework. Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in building or leading technical teams during an OEM production ramp, adept at balancing immediate tactical challenges with long-term process scalability.
