What You Will Be Doing Lead as Program Manager on 10x R&D teams during product development and introduction, directing cross-functional teams to define and commit to appropriate scope, schedule, and budget for optimal scientific and business outcomes. Work closely with technical leads to establish and actively manage program priorities, risks, resources, and schedules, adapting as scientific and development needs change. Oversee daily program operations, ensuring swift identification and resolution of issues utilizing modern program management tools and techniques. Facilitate program communications and phase approval reviews, delivering clear and concise updates to all stakeholders, adapting your communication style for a diverse audience. Utilize advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Asana AI) to enhance program planning, synthesize complex information, and establish best practices for AI-assisted program management. Evaluate and enhance Program Management workflows and communication processes. Note: This is not an IT or Software project management position.
