The Opportunity
As the Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), reporting directly to the Head of Developer Platform, you will lead multiple SRE teams (1-3) and collaborate closely with engineering, product management, platform, and senior technology leaders. This is a highly impactful position where you will influence strategy, culture, and decision-making through data-driven reliability practices.

What You’ll Do
Integrate SRE principles and shared reliability ownership across engineering teams.
Establish and lead SRE strategy, standards, and operational frameworks.
Enhance incident management, on-call, and support practices as platforms expand.
Drive reliability decisions utilizing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and observability data.
Balance reliability enhancements with project delivery speed and business results.
Engage senior leaders through evidence-based discussions.
