Responsibilities: Conduct sophisticated analytics to inform global Restaurant Sales, Services, and Marketing decisions. Monitor team and market health by creating insightful reporting tools that lead to actionable items. Ensure data quality in dashboards and reports for internal use. Align metrics between the Revenue Strategy & Services (RSS) and Marketing teams with other departments to establish a unified source of truth. Prepare and present data analyses for diverse audiences, including field sales members and senior leadership. Identify data anomalies and trends to uncover business opportunities and best practices.

This role is Hybrid and will require presence in our Toronto, ON office 2 days a week.

The Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations will lead various sales and services programs, initiatives, and analytical efforts. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manipulate large data sets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. This role will require collaboration with multiple departments, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance, product, and data engineering, to support the design, implementation, and optimization of business strategies. You will deliver data-driven insights to internal stakeholders to shape both short- and long-term strategic plans. A strong understanding of the correlation between clean data, efficient processes, and impactful reporting is essential.

As a Senior Manager, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the OpenTable Sales and Services organization, or the capacity to acquire this knowledge. This role demands excellent communication, project management, and data analysis skills, along with a comfort in formulating strategic recommendations. Proficiency with Salesforce, reporting tools such as Preset, SQL queries, and a background in finance or analytics is required.
