POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Director of Mid-Market Sales, the Senior Manager, Regional Sales will take ownership of achieving sales, revenue, and market share goals for the designated sales team. This role requires a proven track record of meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), effective team management, accurate forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional leaders to ensure optimal support for team objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following key responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed assigned business objectives, including but not limited to:
- Overall sales quota – ARR and units
- Sales targets for specific product lines/areas
- KPIs for pipeline development, trial initiation, quota attainment percentages, and other metrics to mitigate risks and ensure consistent performance
- Hiring targets and successful onboarding of new hires to maintain sales capacity
- Act as an advocate for the assigned sales team within Netradyne
- Represent Netradyne in engagements with customers, prospects, partners, and industry associations
- Implement the Management Operating System effectively and consistently
- Ensure alignment and execution of the go-to-market strategy by driving appropriate tactics with the sales team
- Collaborate closely with teams in Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Business Development to ensure coordinated messaging and strategic alignment
- Gain deep market insights to ensure sales coverage of priority accounts
