Market Research and Analysis
Lead swift analyses of incoming market development opportunities to inform first-gate decision-making.
Actively develop a market expansion pipeline by identifying and assessing high-potential new locations aligned with Newlab’s focus areas.
Conduct comprehensive research and comparative analysis on prospective new locations based on critical factors such as industry technology potential, policy and funding landscapes, competitive dynamics, and associated risks.
Synthesize findings into clear market theses to guide internal decision-making and business case development.
Pipeline Management
Maintain an organized geographic expansion pipeline, monitoring opportunities from initial exploration through go/no-go decisions.
Facilitate internal coordination to ensure all opportunities are effectively tracked and assessed.

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Manager to enhance our Strategy team as we broaden our global footprint. The Senior Manager of Strategy & Growth will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our growth strategy by spearheading research into potential new markets and actively supporting market development efforts. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with practical execution skills, converting analysis into actionable strategies and successfully navigating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
This role is based in-person at our Brooklyn Navy Yard location.
