Role Summary
At Wisedocs, we are constructing the infrastructure that underpins modern insurance and legal document review, and our revenue engine is rapidly expanding. As Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success scale concurrently, we are seeking an individual who can integrate the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy: an innovator who constructs systems, highlights signals, and transforms data into actionable decisions that propel our business forward.
The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will oversee our complete GTM tech stack—from conceptualization to implementation. You will design the reporting framework that our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) relies on, driving daily performance across our customer-facing teams.

Your Responsibilities:
GTM Technology & Systems
- Lead the configuration, administration, and evolution of HubSpot and the wider GTM tech stack (SalesLoft, Avoma, Vitally, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Koalify, and others).
- Assess new technology solutions to enhance and modernize our revenue generation engine.
- Facilitate integrations and data flows across platforms to ensure a single source of truth for the revenue organization.
- Provide support to end-users as required.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Establish and manage the GTM reporting infrastructure utilized by senior leadership, encompassing pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion metrics.
- Address ad-hoc analysis requests with context and insight—not merely figures.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, consistently accompanied by recommendations.
