Role Context

We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven leader to spearhead the expansion, health, and innovation of our Direct Global Network in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial and technical acumen, creativity, a robust personal vision, deep domain expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

As an integral member of the Network team, you'll take on various responsibilities, including formulating region-specific go-to-market strategies, nurturing relationships with network partners across the payments and financial services ecosystem, and establishing a high-performing payments network in MENA that enhances transaction volumes across our global network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Management & Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive relationships with vital banking and network partners (FIs), including the development of strategic roadmaps for the region and managing key accounts.
  • Commercial Growth & Network Competitiveness: Continuously drive revenue through cross-selling and upselling initiatives in collaboration with Go-To-Market and Account Management teams, ensuring our network remains the most commercially appealing in the market, from transaction costs to foreign exchange, while collaborating with FI partners to enhance payment flows.
