Within our user-focused, results-oriented Product organization, the Product Analytics team plays a crucial role in providing strategic insights, robust reporting capabilities, and A/B testing to guide our direction and product roadmap. The Senior Manager will lead a range of monetization and product analytics initiatives designed to effectively enhance Peloton’s member engagement while steering analytical efforts to refine our product strategy.
We are in search of a Senior Manager, Product Analytics, who will take charge of high-impact projects, establish foundational frameworks, and manage a dedicated team of analysts.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Collaborate closely with the Product Management Organization and key stakeholders to understand their business goals, translating them into actionable solutions (e.g., exploratory data analyses, new KPIs, business intelligence, and data science) while gaining stakeholder alignment and support.
- Act as a thought partner and consultant for the Performance Marketing and Product Marketing functions by proactively uncovering strategic insights and analytical solutions that promote growth in member engagement.
- Enhance and refine Peloton’s product strategy by delivering precise, timely, and high-quality analytics.
- Oversee the development and presentation of insightful reports and KPIs for business reviews and leadership updates.
- Utilize industry best practices to optimize engagement strategies at Peloton through effective data utilization and insights.
- Support experimentation initiatives by partnering with Product Managers to establish effective A/B or multivariate tests, executing post-experiment success measurements and statistical evaluations.
- Lead an engaged and high-performing team of product analysts and data scientists.
- Mentor and develop team members, both technically and strategically, on industry best practices such as statistical modeling, exploratory data analysis, and experimentation analytics.
- Create a culture of excellence and inspire the team to elevate their performance.
