ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Senior Manager of Data Engineering and Architecture, you will serve as a hands-on leader responsible for shaping and implementing the data engineering strategy, architecture, and technology stack. You will oversee the foundational data infrastructure that supports analytics and decision-making processes across the organization.
A key component of this role involves building, mentoring, and leading a team of three data engineers. You will guide their initiatives while also directly contributing to the development of our modern data warehouse in Snowflake using dbt and SQL, transforming raw data into reliable and accessible datasets. Additionally, you will lead the data migration process for our ongoing Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment, designing a robust and cohesive data ecosystem.
