About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our dynamic team, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.
In this pivotal role, reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will be instrumental in bridging the realms of Brand, Product, and Performance. You'll shape our narrative, defining why users should choose KOHO and crafting the story we tell across all communication channels.
As a people-focused manager, you will lead the strategy for significant brand-building campaigns and product launches, orchestrating efforts across partnerships, digital media, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, public relations, and more. You'll serve as the vital connection between our product roadmap and market presence, ensuring our positioning is precise, data-driven, and closely aligned with the needs of our users.
Your Responsibilities
- Brand Positioning & Value Proposition: Take ownership of the brand narrative. Define and enhance KOHO's market positioning to ensure we stand out in the competitive fintech landscape.
- Integrated Campaign Strategy: Develop and spearhead brand-building campaigns that drive awareness and user acquisition. Ensure cohesive execution across diverse channels, including digital media, OOH, public relations, partnerships, influencer channels, and more.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Design and implement GTM strategies for new product and feature launches to boost user engagement and market penetration.
