About the Role
The New York Times is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to work closely with employees and leaders within our Product, Design, and Project Management Organization (PMO) teams. You will collaborate directly with senior leadership to evaluate organizational needs as we adapt and evolve. This role will involve formulating talent strategies that align with our core values while nurturing an inclusive culture that promotes employee engagement and career development. Leveraging your expertise across the full spectrum of HR and organizational development, you will provide strategic HR partnership and execution support.
This is a fantastic opportunity to facilitate the success of a growing business and its team members. You will collaborate with our central HR teams and report directly to the VP, HR Business Partner. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working from our New York City headquarters three days a week.
