The Senior Manager, Global Compensation Programs is responsible for spearheading the design, execution, and governance of Shift4’s global compensation initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s pay philosophy, strategic objectives, and growth goals. This position collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to craft competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation structures and incentive programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The Senior Compensation Program Director also oversees compensation planning cycles, conducts benchmarking and market analyses, and manages strategic compensation initiatives to uphold consistency, compliance, and industry-leading practices across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, management, and continuous enhancement of global compensation programs, encompassing base pay structures, incentive plans, and equity frameworks.
  • Oversee the annual compensation planning process (merit, bonus, and equity cycles) in collaboration with HR Operations and Finance, ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
