Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Electrical and Software Integration & Testing leads system-level and sub-system-level electrical and software integration strategies for multiple vehicle programs at the OEM level. This position ensures all electrical and software systems meet required vehicle-level functional performance, focusing on architectural compliance, feature behavior, timing, system reliability, and quality of cross-domain interactions.
Responsibilities extend to system-level validation, assessing vehicle performance under real-world conditions. This includes managing transient events, edge cases, environmental stresses, and feature concurrency to confirm robust operation. The Senior Manager works closely with MSTs, software and systems engineers, validation teams, and suppliers to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and oversee electrical and software integration strategies across vehicle programs.
- Ensure all systems achieve intended vehicle-level functional performance.
- Emphasize compliance, feature behavior, timing, system robustness, and cross-domain quality.
- Lead system-level validation to evaluate vehicle performance in real-world and edge scenarios.
- Collaborate with MSTs, software engineers, systems engineers, validation teams, and suppliers.
