Skills & Abilities:Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and evolving customer requirements. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets effectively, and drive results through cross-functional collaboration and performance management.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Applications to spearhead our Applications Business Unit (BU) at CNS. This critical role encompasses the overall strategy, market execution, growth, and profitability of the business unit. The successful candidate will possess robust leadership skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of enterprise business processes, all aimed at delivering exceptional client-focused solutions that align with CNS’s overarching objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic & Business Leadership
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans that align with CNS’s business objectives for the Applications BU.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue generation and market presence.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure that all initiatives align with business targets and established timelines.
  • Delivery & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and planning through to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Guarantee delivery excellence in terms of timeliness, quality standards, and budget compliance.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, development methodologies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Client Engagement & Satisfaction
  • Interact with key clients to discern their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Foster and sustain long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address escalations and ensure proactive communication with clients.
  • Financial Management
  • Oversee and manage the BU’s P&L, encompassing revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Implement cost-optimization strategies while exploring new revenue avenues.
  • People & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate high-performing technical and functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, pre-sales, and other BUs to ensure alignment on project and delivery objectives.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Risk, Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure that projects and solutions adhere to industry regulations, data protection standards, and internal policies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project and business risks.
