Your Impact:
We are in search of a Senior Manager for Advanced Analytics to enhance our supply quality and guest engagement. Reporting directly to the Director of Advanced Analytics, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse teams to lead a forward-thinking team dedicated to providing data-driven insights and developing tools for effective marketplace management. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with data science expertise.
A Day in the Life:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing, geographically distributed team, promoting a culture of innovation, agility, growth, and collaboration.
- Drive analytical excellence through advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and metric frameworks.
- Act as a crucial analytics partner to senior stakeholders, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions while ensuring clear communication and alignment on analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams such as Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing, as well as other cross-functional teams.
- Create meaningful metrics and KPIs to assess performance and drive improvements.
